When it comes to her current pregnancy cravings, cookbook author and chef Chrissy Teigen is opting for simplicity with two treats beloved by kids everywhere right : Lunchables and Blow Pop Minis.

Earlier this week the mom, who’s pregnant with her third child, posted a video to her Instagram Stories. “Tonight’s pregnancy nightstand mix brought to you by Blow Pop Minis—I’m really crazy addicted to Blow Pops right now, mainly green apple,” People reports Teigen said in the video. “Also, ham-and-cheddar Lunchables. I heat up each piece of meat so I don’t get Listeria, because you’re not supposed to have deli meat pregnant.”

The American College of Gynecology advises against consuming luncheon meat while pregnant to help prevent Listeria. However, the organization says it should be okay if the meal is heated to the point where it’s steaming prior to consumption, as this kills the bacteria.

Along with sharing her cravings, Teigen also shared an adorable video of her son Miles, 2, and daughter Luna, 4, repeating a conversation they overheard on birth plans.

“It’s not my plan!” Miles yells, to which Luna responds, “Say it again, Miles!”

“I was making fun of people who say ‘IT’S NOT IN MY BIRTH PLAN’ in the car last night,” Teigen explained in the caption. “Forgot he’s a parrot. Gotta be careful!”

Teigen and her husband John Legend revealed they were expecting baby three in Legend’s “Wild” music video earlier this month. The news came as a surprise to everyone, including the couple themselves.

“It was a surprise, a little quarantine surprise, I guess you could say,” Legend said. “But we’re very excited, and we’re grateful for all the well wishes we’ve gotten from people all around the world. Thank you so much.”
