Your Pregnancy: Week 22

Baby's now the size of a papaya!
Baby's settling into sleep cycles, snoozing about 12 to 14 hours a day. It shouldn't be hard to figure out when — just pay attention to those kicks as they start and stop.

To-do:
> Start interviewing pediatricians
> Consider taking maternity photos
> Go to your checklist

[ tip ] Think small. Eating five or six mini meals a day instead of three big ones will help prevent indigestion, headaches, queasiness, and junk food cravings.
