I want to freeze my breast milk. Do I need to chill my milk before I freeze it?

If you’ll be adding it to a container of previously frozen breast milk, then yes — chill the milk in the refrigerator for an hour or so first. Otherwise, it’s okay to go straight from breast to freezer.
