To make the return to your pre-pregnancy body quick and healthy, eat a well-balanced diet throughout pregnancy and after delivery. Aim for fruits, veggies, lean proteins, calcium-rich foods, whole grains and healthy fats. Staying physically active will help you get back in shape too. But remember to be patient—if you feel frustrated about your changed body, just take a look at your little bundle of joy. Totally worth it!
