Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse Welcome Their First Child

Twilight actor and retro-pop singer Suki Waterhouse have officially welcomed their first child!

The couple was spotted walking aeound Los Angeles with a pink and black stroller in tow according to images obtained by The Daily Mail. While the couple have yet to confirm the artival of their new addition, the typically tight-lipped couple have not posted since Waterhouse announced she had finished her new album with her bump in tow.

The Daisy Jones and The Six actress last stepped out onto the red carpet for the 75th Annual Emmy Awards in a truly jaw-dropping look. The mom-to-be sported a red Valentino cutout gown that showed off her back, and the sides of her baby bump with a bow at the bottom—the perfect cherry on top.

The award show was delayed four months due to the SAG-AFTRA and writers’ strikes, which meant some alterations had to be made to the Valentino dress Waterhouse had picked out earlier.

“I was really excited about this look, Valentino. I tried it on a couple of months ago but it didn’t even — like, I had to hold it. The fitting was me just holding it to my body, so they had to really take it apart, and they had to redesign this dress to make it fit the bump,” she told E! News. “But it does and I’m really happy that it worked.”

Waterhouse first revealed her pregnancy on stage during a performance at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico. “I’m extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that’s going on,” Waterhouse cheekily said in a fan-captured video posted on X (formerly Twitter). Dress in a glitter pink mini dress with sparkling boots, Waterhouse later flipped open her feathery coat to reveal her baby bump, jokingly adding, “I’m not sure if it’s working.”

Waterhouse won’t be alone in welcoming her little one, though. The Good Looking singer has been dating Twilight star Robert Pattinson for over five years. Pregnancy rumors around the couple first began to swirl this fall as Waterhouse was photographed with what looked like a baby bump, and fans noticed that she’d followed pregnancy- and parenting-related accounts on Instagram.

The happy couple haven’t yet confirmed the news outside of the on-stage announcement. Generally choosing to keep their relationship private, Pattinson doesn’t have social media, and Waterhouse hasn’t posted about Pattinson or the baby on hers. The couple made their first public appearance in May at the Met Gala.

In an interview with The Sunday Times in February 2023, Waterhouse opened up about her long-term relationship with Pattinson, saying that she was "shocked” to be so happy with someone for nearly five years, adding that she still gets “incredibly excited” when Pattinson’s name pops up on her phone. “I think he feels the same about me,” she noted. “We’ve always got so much to say, and I find him hilarious.”
