Daly

Not to be confused with Dali, as in the famous surrealist artist, Daly is a gender-neutral name of Irish origin. It's derived from the surname Ó Dálaigh and later the more modern variants, O'Daly, Daley, and Dawley. If baby ever visits the Emerald Isle, they'll find traces of their namesake wherever they go, especially places of "assembly." For example, the Irish Parliament is called 'Dáil Éireann. Although it's not a guarantee, your darling Daly may show a particular aptitude for leadership and will waste no opportunity to show you who's boss!
