“I took the lane less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.” Okay, so it’s not exactly the line Robert Frost wrote in his classic poem "The Road Not Taken." But if you name your child Lane—a gender-neutral name of English origin that means “path” and “roadway”—maybe they’ll develop a curiosity and move through the world with a sense of adventure.
