Nayru is a gender-neutral name that you might recognize from The Legend of Zelda franchise. Composed and invented by the franchise's creators, Nayru is said to mean "love" and "wisdom" in the Hylian language. In the video game series, Nayru appears as one of the three Golden Goddesses who created the realm of Hyrule.
