Pressure from social media, other parents, family and friends can make it easy to put deadlines on big milestones associated with your newborn. They should be sleeping through the night by this date; they should self-soothe, they should do this or that—the reality is that newborn sleep is anything but simple.

4Mom believes that every baby’s sleep experience is different, and there is power in acknowledging that it’s okay to go at your own pace and do it your own way. In an effort to empower parents on their journey, the baby gear company has created its own Sleepversity.

The free web series will be hosted by Carolynne J. Harvey, a certified pediatric sleep coach and founder of Dream Baby Sleep. In each 15-minute episode, Harvey will chat with some of your favorite parent bloggers and social media personalities about their journey to getting their newborn to sleep. Some influencers you can expect to see include:

Bryan and Chris Lambillotte: working gay dads with newborn twins. Wendy Nguyen: a well-known NYC fashion blogger and first-time mother. Chelsea Neubauer: a first-time mom who used IVF and surrogacy to have her two children born just two months apart. Bailey Daughenbaugh: a TikTok-famous mother of four who just welcomed her first girl. Johnetta Lafond: a mom who was told she would never be able to have children and recently gave birth to her sixth.

Each episode will tackle important sleep-related topics like postpartum anxiety, safe sleep, how to handle sleep deprivation, how to prepare for sleep regressions, and the best sleep tools and products.

You can tune in to each episode on 4Mom’s YouTube channel starting June 27.
