In these strange times, we’re all looking for some cuteness to brighten the day—and Shawn Johnson’s 5-month-old daughter, Drew Hazel, had the most adorable reaction to her dad Andrew East’s new haircut.

In a video Johnson posted to her Instagram, the former NFL player can be talking to his daughter with shoulder-length hair. He then appears with a fresh, shorter look and holds Drew to see if she recognizes him. “Hi, good morning!” he says to her, adding, “What do you think?” he asks the baby. While Drew’s confused at first and looks like she might cry, she breaks into the biggest smile and seems to recognize her dad. In the caption for the video Johnson writes, “Drew’s reaction to Daddy’s new look (side note… mama LOOKIN ROUGH rockin that quarantine look you feel me).”

East reveals on his Instagram page that it was Johnson who gave him the haircut “Who else thinks Shawn Johnson should do more styling?! Not bad for a first go around,” he wrote in the caption.

As thousands continue to stay indoors, Johnson’s post brings some much-needed cuteness to the day! “She looked so confused at first and then all of a sudden you see it click that she knows it’s you! Adorable,” one follower wrote, while another said, “This child has the best facial expressions ever. Period.”

Drew certainly seems to be keeping her parents entertained while the family stays home due to COVID-19!
