Dr. Becky’s Good Inside Is Officially Entering the Baby Space
Good Inside, the parenting platform and app founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy, PhD, has announced it will officially launch Good Inside Baby on May 19.
Previously known for its focus on toddler behavior and power struggles with older deeply feeling kids, Good Inside’s expansion into the baby space seeks to address the high-stress moments new parents face, from fixing a newborn’s breastfeeding latch to helping baby sleep for longer stretches.
To quell common concerns and empower parents with knowledge along the way, Good Inside has added a registered nurse and lactation consultant and a pediatric sleep nurse to its roster of experts. Additionally, a new chatbox named GiGi will offer instant-gratification via Good Inside-approved guidance to parents struggling with breastfeeding, newborn sleep and other in-the-moment issues.
To drum up excitement for the launch, the brand is offering a “village founder" bundle for those who join early. This package includes a care kit with goodies for Mom and baby, a membership to Emily Oster’s ParentData, access to two workshops with Dr. Becky and everything that Good Inside has to offer, of course.
While the Good Inside method has a dedicated following for its approach to emotional regulation in older children, this move to capture parents earlier in the journey is a testament to the demand for more support, information and vetted guidance for all caregivers in the fourth trimester. (And that’s something we’ve always advocated for—welcome to the club, Good Inside!)
