These Are the Most Popular Lullabies in Every Country Around the World

Lullabies are an important part of bedtime and can be very memorable, as we often sing the same lullabies to babies that our parents lovingly sang to us. Plus, one study found that lullabies also have the power to help baby get more restful sleep. But, while their powers to lull baby to sleep are universal, lullabies vary greatly in popularity depending on which country you live in.

A new report from Morning.co.uk, an online guide on achieving better sleep, found the top lullaby in almost each country around the world. The report used data from websites including BBC, Lullaby ABC and more and took the lullabies found and looked them up on YouTube to find which had the most number of views. The report equates the most-viewed lullaby to the most popular lullaby. They ordered the countries in the list based on highest to lowest views on YouTube. Below, the top 10 countries on the list, as well as their most popular lullaby.
