8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Wake up, get a change and nurse for about 30-40 minutes. I talk to her on her playmat for about an hour.

10:30 – 11:30 a.m. She nurses again for 25-30 minutes. She may nap for 30 minutes, but this is her fussy time so I rock her and eat my lunch at the same time.

1 – 1:30 p.m. She nurses for about 20 minutes and gets rocked to sleep. She’ll nap for about 2 or 3 hours.

5 p.m. She nurses again for about 30 minutes and may or may not go back to sleep afterwards.

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. She’ll nurse again for about 30 minutes (at 7:30 if she didn’t go back to sleep and at 8:30 if she did). Then, she plays and talks with my mom for about an hour to an hour and a half.

10 p.m. She gets a bath every other night.

10:30 p.m. She nurses for 40-60 minutes and gets rocked to sleep right before midnight. She’ll sleep for 6 hours, then nurse for 10-15 minutes and goes right back to sleep until morning.
