For months, The Bump editors have been test-driving strollers, assembling and disassembling playards, evaluating diaper rash creams and even trying on nursing bras—all in the name of the eighth annual Best of Baby awards. Today they’re announcing the 55 most outstanding baby and parenting products of 2020.

The awards span eight categories this year, including baby eats, nursery, diapering, mom essentials, baby on the go, healthy baby, baby learn and play and unique standouts. They cover everything from baby skincare to baby food makers, travel systems, sound machines and more, and they detail why these products belong on your registry.

“We created The Bump Best of Baby Awards as our personal mission to research, test and find the most innovative, practical and unique products that will enhance the lives of parents and keep pace with their growing child’s expanding developmental needs,” said Lauren Kay, Executive Editor of The Bump. “This year’s winners include established brands and innovative newcomers that parents can feel confident bringing into their homes.”

Each product has been vetted with safety, comfort, ease of use and value in mind. The editors sought sound investments from companies who shared the brand’s values of giving back and sustainability—in other words, they didn’t just find you a bib, they found you one that’s easy to clean, comes in super-cute colors and gives back with each purchase. Just wait until you see their picks for top car seats and strollers!
