With Father’s Day right around the corner, your Instagram feed is probably full of inspiring dad moments and adorable dad photos. This weekend, one celeb dad posted a photo that we’re positive will make your heart melt no matter what time of year it might be: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson hand-feeding his partner, Lauren Hashian, as she breastfeeds their new baby. Cue the ‘awws’.

“I’ll handle this business,” Johnson’s caption reads. “Mama @laurenhashianofficial has her hands full nursing/feeding Baby Tia, so I’m feeding Mama her dinner. My pleasure.”

Johnson makes it clear in the post that he’s always there for Hashian and his two daughters, 2-year-old Jasmine Lia and 2-month-old Tia.

“So much respect to her and all mamas out there holding it down and running things. Just landed and good to get all my girls settled in.”

This isn’t the first time Johnson has won moms over with his serious dad skills–and his appreciation of mom achievements. On Mother’s Day, he shared a photo on Instagram of Hashian and his two daughters, saying, “I’m in constant respect and grateful awe of all the things this incredible mama accomplishes on a daily basis.”

Breastfeeding is never a breeze, but having a supportive partner like Johnson makes it a little bit easier. If you’re still in need of breastfeeding help, check out these pointers for mastering the skill.
