Sam Hunt and Wife Hannah Lee Fowler Reveal Sex and Name of Baby No. 2

It’s two against two in the Hunt household nowadays.

Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler revealed today that they welcomed a baby boy to their home in October. Already the parents to 18-month-old Lucy Lu, the family of four is now the home a baby boy and a baby girl!

The couple also revealed to People that their son was born on October 24 and has been named Lowry Lee. Their newborn’s name borrows from each of their own as Lowry is Hunt’s middle name and Lee is Fowler’s. The singer posted a photo of his sweet family captioned “Thank you Lord,” last week. In the image, Hunt holds Lucy as Lee cradles baby Lowry.

The country singer first shared the news that he and his wife were expecting at his Las Vegas concert on April 21. The announcement came just a little over a year after Hunt and Fowler welcomed their daughter. Hunt spoke openly about how much his daughter had changed his life on stage last year.

“I think being out here, and in the music business and being out on the road, has sort of hardened my heart. My heart’s definitely a lot harder in a lotta ways since I left that small town. It’s amazing how that little girl melted that all away overnight a couple of weeks ago,” Hunt said in a video captured by Music Mayhem magazine.

The House Party singer and Fowler quietly married in April 2017 after years of dating on and off. Fowler initially filed for divorce from Hunt just weeks before welcoming baby Lucy into their home, citing “inappropriate marital conduct and adultery.” The nurse called off the divorce later, with a source for People later reporting that the couple was “Doing their best every day,” and was “continually looking forward to the next chapter. He’s just thinking about his family and what’s to come.”
