Japheth

Japheth, a Hebrew name, comes from the Torah where it's the name of the eldest of Noah's three sons in the Book of Genesis. In this book, it's said that Japheth's descendants helped to repopulate the earth after the flood. This name has two possible meanings, depending on its roots.
