We never get tired of tracking baby bumps, but it’s even more fun when parents do it for us.
Cole Cuchna, a Sacramento barista who runs a parenting blog called HypeDad, recently uploaded a video to the blog called " Chalkboard Baby – A Pregnancy Time Lapse." The time lapse video stars his wife, B Zeboski Cuchna, as she grows through her pregnancy — with appearances from proud husband Cole and the couple’s cute Boston Terrier, Benson.
As B’s belly grows, Cole keeps track of the pregnancy each week on a chalkboard. He also uses one of our favorite methods to track baby’s size, comparing it to foods each week. The video not only documents B’s pregnancy, but Cole’s handyman skills as he paints the nursery walls and assembles a crib for baby Mabel.
The couple also captures their babymoon in Hawaii, where B shows off her bump in an appropriately tropical shirt, but of course the best is saved for the last 30 seconds or so, when baby finally arrives. It’s the end of a long journey, and seeing tiny Mabel with her proud parents is enough to melt your heart… and if that doesn’t do it, the cameo from Benson the terrier will.
