Best of The Bump Award Winners of 2026
For more than 13 years, The Bump has been recognizing the best of the best in baby and pregnancy products. Our annual Best of The Bump Awards celebrate the very best products that solve real-world parenting needs. We combine the expertise of our editorial team and professional experts with rigorous hands-on product testing. Each of these products have been tested by a carefully-matched family or parent-to-be in real-life situations.
For 2026, we named 208 winners across 26 categories, including 70 products that were newly launched this year.
The Bump editors aren’t just product experts––we’re parents, too, so we know how important it is to find pregnancy, postpartum, baby and toddler products that actually make daily life easier. For our annual Best of The Bump Awards, we look closely at the real-world needs, pain points and frustrations parents and parents-to-be experience, then evaluate which products best solve those specific challenges.
To determine this year’s Best of The Bump winners, our team took the following steps:
- The Bump editors conducted extensive market research across 26 product categories to identify the specific uses and concerns parents commonly have, from finding a pregnancy pillow that supports aching hips to choosing a stroller that can actually handle tough terrain.
- We surveyed more than 1,300 members of The Bump community across five surveys, asking parents and parents-to-be to share their firsthand feedback on the TTC, pregnancy, postpartum, baby and toddler products they’ve used.
- We consulted medical, safety and product experts relevant to each category to better understand what matters most. This covered product safety, ease of use, comfort, durability, feeding support, sleep considerations and more.
- We shortlisted hundreds of top-rated, newly launched products, market-leading products and community favorites for hands-on testing.
From there:
- We put these products to the test. Between 2023 and 2026, The Bump has tested 880 products with the help of 320 testers––including parents-to-be, new and seasoned parents, babies, toddlers and preschoolers. 191 of our testers were babies, including 71 newborns.
- While our selection process was rigorous, we took it a step further by carefully matching these products with the most relevant product testers. If we were testing a belly wrap for moms who’d had C-sections, we put it in the hands of a mom who’d had a C-section. Our testers used these products at home in real-life situations, assessing how they performed in everyday routines. Our editors developed a rigorous testing protocol that centered on parent experience, and in some categories we added more intensive hands-on testing to better evaluate real-world performance—such as at-home diaper absorbency testing and stroller stress tests across different terrain. Depending on the category, this meant assembling, washing, feeding with, pumping with, sleeping on, wearing, installing, folding, pushing, packing or otherwise using products the way a family would in everyday life.
- Using this testing protocol, testers evaluated each product on the factors that matter most for its intended use such as effectiveness, ease of use, comfort, fit, adjustability, portability, durability, style and value for the money.
- Once testing was complete, The Bump editors spent several weeks reviewing tester feedback, product performance, survey insights, expert guidance and market research to identify the products that best met parent and parent-to-be needs, and to make sure every winner truly met the real-world need it was chosen for.
Editorial integrity is at the heart of everything we publish. Read more about how The Bump develops our product reviews.
