Nope. Secondhand smoke is bad for both you and baby, no matter what.
In fact, according to the American Lung Association, studies have shown that women exposed to secondhand smoke during pregnancy were far more likely to deliver babies that suffered from low birth weight, along with other health problems. So make sure to steer clear of cigarette smoke whenever possible.
