Rory

Rory is a gender-neutral name of Irish origin. An Anglicized form of the Old Irish title Ruaidhrí, Rory means “red king.” History buffs will recognize Rory or Ruaidhrí as the name of the last high king of Ireland who fought and challenged Anglo-Norman invaders. Rory can also be a nickname for Aurora, Robert, Roger, and other monikers that include the ro or ror sound.
