NEW!

There’s a Below Deck baby on the way!

Ahead of welcoming their first child this year, Below Deck Mediterranean alums Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher are opening up about their pregnancy journey—and what they’re most excited for. “I think I’m both excited and nervous," Cameron told People. “It’s such a huge new chapter. There’s so much we don’t know yet, but we’re so excited to grow through it all.” She added, “The thought of sharing our world with our new little best friend just fills our hearts.”

Despite a few challenges—like finding clothes that fit, feeling plenty of kicks, and navigating the occasional tough day—Cameron says her pregnancy has been relatively smooth. “Feeling super bloated and like my body’s expanding by the second,” she shared. "But overall quite well.”

And yes, the cravings are real. “Craving all the things I can’t have…I never wanted oysters more in my life. But it’s all so worth it." As the couple begins setting up the nursery, Cameron says Gallagher is already showing off his flair for style. “Nathan has made it a priority that bubs fits will be on point,” she says.

The couple, who got together during Season 9 of the reality series, first teased their pregnancy on March 31 with a playful Instagram post. “Yep, you saw that right… now go ahead and speculate,” they captioned a video of themselves dancing in glow-in-the-dark stick figure costumes—eventually joined by a smaller green stick figure.

Not long after, Cameron confirmed the news to The Daily Dish and debuted her baby bump on Instagram. “Growing you has been the hardest and most beautiful thing I’ve ever done. Every kick, every change, every tough day…it’s all leading to you,” she wrote. “I can’t wait to meet the little boy who’s already changed everything.”
