If you’re one of the 47% of parents planning to curate a labor and delivery playlist but need a little inspiration, you’re in luck. Stroller brand iCandy analyzed over 1,800 Spotify playlists created by parents for “getting through labour,” “giving birth” and “C-section” and uncovered the songs and artists that appear again and again.

And rounding out the top three, Coldplay’s “Yellow,” featured on 54 playlists, brings an uplifting build perfect for those last few pushes.
