There’s the song that played when you first met, the one you danced to at your wedding and then there’s the song playing when your baby enters the world. Music provides the soundtrack to life’s most unforgettable moments, and for moms pushing through one of the hardest and most beautiful experiences of all, the right playlist can help you push through.

If you’re one of the 47% of parents planning to curate a labor and delivery playlist but need a little inspiration, you’re in luck. Stroller brand iCandy analyzed over 1,800 Spotify playlists created by parents for “getting through labour,” “giving birth” and “C-section” and uncovered the songs and artists that appear again and again.
