Revenge Stars Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman Welcome Baby No. 2

Revenge Stars Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman have welcomed another little one to their family!

The actors, who met on the set of the famous drama series, announced the arrival of their second child on April 14. “Rio Rose. 3-12-2024. Welcome to the world baby girl. We love you so much,” the Resident star captioned a black-and-white photo of her newborn.

Rio, a gender-neutral name of Spanish origin, typically means “river." Once the capital of Brazil, Rio de Janeiro is known for its annual Carnival, during which the metropolis springs to life through vibrant color and exciting festivities.

Bowman and VanCamp first shared they were expecting in February. “Not long now…Ready when you are little love,” the actress captioned black and white maternity photos featuring her growing bump and soon-to-be family of four on Instagram.

“Awww congrats!! I’m literally watching Revenge right now falling in love with two all over again,” commented a fan in response. “Congratulations beautiful family!! Sending so much love and good energy for a healthy, happy, EASY delivery,” added VanCamp’s Resident costar ​​Melina Kanakaredes. “Can’t wait to meet the new addition,” wrote Hallmark favorite Andrew Walker.

Generally a pretty private couple, VanCamp and Bowman shared the arrival of their first child, Iris, in 2021. “Welcome to the world our sweet little Iris. Our hearts are full,” VanCamp captioned an Instagram post featuring her a photo of her newborn’s fingers interlaced with hers. Fans speculated that Iris was a homage to the song that played in the last episode of the duo’s Revenge series, adding that it was a “nice callback and way to wrap things up.”
