Bachelor Host Jesse Palmer and Emely Fardo Are Expecting

Bachelor host Jesse Palmer and his wife Emely Fardo are adding another member to Bachelor Nation!

The fifth season Bachelor and the fashion model announced their big news on August 19 on Instagram. “We’ve been keeping a secret…,” the couple captioned their beachside maternity photos. “Our family is growing and our hearts are so full! This is a dream come true for us and we’re so thrilled to be welcoming our baby girl in January 2024,” they added.

Bachelor and Bachelorette stars from Becca Kufrin to Kaity Biggar-Lane sent their congratulations in the comments. “Congrats to you and your growing family!” wrote Kufrin. “OH MY GOODNESS! Congrats! Can’t wait to meet this little peanut,” added Biggar-Lane.

“I have two brothers and four nephews, so we are finally getting a female addition to the Palmer family!” the former NFL quarterback told People. “Emely has always wanted a daughter and she is so maternal by nature, I’ve always known that she is going to be the best mom.”

Fardo, told People that she’s “felt really good up to this point” in her pregnancy and that she’s working out daily and her appetite has increased exponentially. “I’m so excited to share life with our daughter, take her on fun adventures and share with her the lessons this life has taught us,” she added.

Holiday Baking Championship host and Fardo started dating in 2017 and got engaged in Paris in July 2019. They quietly tied the knot in Connecticut in June 2020 due to Covid before hosting another ceremony for close family in July 2022.
