Nick Cannon Welcomes Baby No. 11 With Abby De La Rosa
Nick Cannon and Abby De La Rosa have officially welcomed a baby girl to the world!
The DJ shared the arrival of her third child—and Nick Cannon’s 11th—on Instagram yesterday. Her announcement featured a video slideshow of images showcasing the moments after baby’s birth, including pictures of both mom and dad holding baby Beautiful Zeppelin.
"Our Dearest Beautiful Zeppelin Cannon, We’ve known you for two days now, and I’m still in awe that you chose Nick Cannon and I to be your parents. Not one single word can express the love we have for you. We are so blessed to have this front-row seat in your world,” De La Rosa captioned the post.
“Your brothers can’t wait to meet you (our family is wild but it’s yours, no matter what). You already have your Dad wrapped around your finger, it’s been the sweetest thing. He works so hard and will go above and beyond to make sure you know you are loved. We love you more than you’ll ever know. Welcome to the world. Let’s rock ‘n roll. 11.11.22."
Keeping with the “Z” names, baby Beautiful Zeppelin will join De La Rosa and Cannon’s 15-month-old twin boys Zion and Zillion. Beautiful Zeppelin will also have plenty of half-brothers and sisters to play with. According to People, Cannon shares sons Rise Messiah, 5 weeks, and Golden Sagon, 5, as well as daughter Powerful Queen, 19 months, with model Brittany Bell. He is also dad to 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey and shares son Legendary Love, 3 months, with model Bre Tiesi and Onyx Ice Cole with former Price Is Right model LaNisha Cole. The All That star is also currently expecting baby No. 12 with model Alyssa Scott.
With enough children to now field his own baseball or football teams, there’s been speculation by The Sun that The Masked Singer host, could pay around $3 million in child support every year. But in a recent interview with The Neighborhood Talk, Cannon claimed that the estimate falls short. “I definitely spend a lot more than that on my children annually,” he explained. “I don’t plan to ever have to participate in the governmental system of child.”
Despite Cannon’s ever-expanding family and the increasing amount of press, De La Rosa remains secure in the bond she and her children have with their dad. “Me being open in my relationship does not change or take away from the type of mother that I am to my kids,” she said on an episode of the Lovers and Friends podcast in September. “I’m excited for my kids to grow up and be like, ‘Mom and dad, y’all did it your way. And I love that.’”
Our congratulations to De La Rosa and Cannon on their new addition!
