Baby Is Breech — Will I Need a C-section?

Most OBs will recommend a cesarean, but a vaginal birth might still be an option, too, especially if a version (turning the baby manually) is successful. When your due date nears and baby is still breech, you and your OB will inevitably discuss both the risks and benefits of giving a version — or even a breech delivery — a shot.
