Mindy Kaling Reveals She Welcomed Baby No. 3 Earlier This Year
Mindy Kaling has surprised us all again with a new addition to her family!
The Office alum and Never Have I Ever creator revealed she had welcomed her third child earlier this year in a Instagram post on June 24. “In late February I gave birth to my daughter, Anne. She’s the best birthday present I could’ve ever imagined,” the actress captioned photos of her new family of four. “When things are hard, whenever I veer towards cynicism, my three kids are such a great reminder of the pure joy in my life.”
The six-time Emmy award-winner also shared her appreciation for being able to make her dreams of starting and growing her family come true. “I’m so lucky I live in a place where I could do this by myself, on my own timeline. Thanks for all the birthday wishes,” she wrote…
Celebrities from John Legend to Jenna Dewan and Bravo’s Andy Cohen chimed in with their congratulations for the new mom of three. “Oh my gosh, Mindy, I’m so happy for you,” wrote Queer Eye’s Tan France. “Beautifully said,” added Reese Witherspoon.
This isn’t the first time Kaling has surprised fans with her growing family. Back in 2020, Kaling managed to keep her entire second pregnancy and the arrival of her son, Spencer Avu, under wraps until she shared his name with fans in October 2020. She did share the birth of her first child, Katherine Swati, not long after she was born in December 2017.
