Hilaria Baldwin Reveals Sweet Meaning Behind Newborn Son's Name

Hilaria Baldwin has revealed her newborn son’s name: Eduardo Pau Lucas Baldwin.

The now mom to five revealed the name, along with other birth details, one day after sharing the news of their child’s arrival. “We would love to introduce you to Eduardo Pau Lucas Baldwin," she wrote in her caption with an adorable image of Eduardo. “Born Sept 8, 2020 at 7:46pm; he weighed 7lbs 8oz. His name means 'wealthy guardian of peace and light.’ We love you baby Edu.”

The Mom Brain podcast co-host revealed in a sweet Instagram post on Wednesday, August 8, that she had given birth to her fifth child, a baby boy with husband and actor Alec Baldwin. She shared a sweet photo of the couple with him, writing in the caption, “We had a baby last night. He is perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Stay tuned for a name.”

Alec, 62, shared the same photo to his social media soon after, writing in the caption, “Número Cinco está aqui … (Para mi, número seis),” which translates to, “Number five is here … for me, number six.” He continued, “I love you, Hilaria Baldwin. My karma is your karma. Your karma is mine.”

Hilaria revealed her pregnancy in April, following two miscarriages, in November and April 2019.

“Sound up…I’ll let the baby do the talking because I don’t have the words to express how this sound makes us feel,” she wrote in the caption of the post announcing the pregnancy. “Just got the great news that all is well and all is healthy with this little munchkin. I wanted to share this with you. Here we go again.”

The couple have four previous kids together, Romeo Alejandro David, 2, Leonardo Angel Charles, 4 this weekend, Rafael Thomas, 5 and Carmen Gabriela, 7. Baldwin is also a dad to 24-year-old Ireland, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
