Hilaria Baldwin is pregnant!

Almost Five months after a miscarriage—her second in the past year—she took to Instagram this afternoon to announce the happy news that she and husband Alec Baldwin were expecting again.

In the video post, Baldwin can is filming from what appears to be an ultrasound, with a bare belly and the baby’s heartbeat audible. In the caption she writes, “Sound up…I’ll let the baby do the talking because I don’t have the words to express how this sound makes us feel. Just got the great news that all is well and all is healthy with this little munchkin. I wanted to share this with you. Here we go again.”

In less than an hour, her post has over 150,000 views and 2,000 comments, with many followers grateful for the happy news. “Now this is some good news on my instagram this afternoon. Congrats!” one person wrote, while another commented, “I’m crying good happy tears. So happy for you!” Actress Daniella Monet also commented, “NO WAY!!! I’m so happy for you. My heart just bursted!!! Sending you and that beautiful little baby so much. You go mama!”

Hilaria shares four children with husband Alec Baldwin, sons Romeo, 22 months, Leonardo, 3, and Rafael, 4, as well as a daughter, Carmen, 6.
