Nope, it simply means you’re lucky. Some moms have more obvious symptoms, from morning sickness to constipation, than others. Don’t worry — a lack of symptoms doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you or baby. Enjoy feeling normal while it lasts! Oh, and you might want to pretend to feel at least a little bit crappy around other pregnant women just so they don’t hate you.
