Too Hot to Handle’s Francesca Farago is officially a mom!

The reality TV favorite and trans TikTok star Jesse Sullivan announced the arrival of their twins on Snapchat. “Baby boy was born at 7:31 and baby girl was born at 7:33. They were perfect. So sweet, so cute,” Farago expressed, thrilled to welcome her twins on the memorable date of 11/11. Though they haven’t decided on names yet, Farago noted that both babies have “really curly hair,” with the baby boy resembling her and the baby girl taking after Sullivan’s daughter, Arlo.

Farago also opened up about her birth expierence, including her rush C-section. “They’re like, ‘We’re taking these babies out right this second,’” she said. “I literally didn’t even have time to think. I was like, do you mind if I film two TikToks quick?”

Though she was under strong pain medication and unable to fully process the moment the twins arrived, Farago shared that Sullivan was present to cut the umbilical cords. “It was just a blur,” she reflected, grateful for the experience despite the whirlwind delivery.

Farago and Sullivan shared the happy news they were expecting twins less than a week after announcing their pregnancy. “and then there were…” the couple captioned a Vlog documenting the day they learned they were expecting twins.

In the video, Farago and Sullivan, excited but anxious, get ready for the big ultrasound and head to the doctor. As the couple wait in the exam room for the big moment, Sullivan narrates the video, “So future babies, just so you know, this is us finding out if it’s just one or if it’s just two. Your mom’s so nervous. Your brother’s nervous,” Sullivan says, panning to the couple’s dog. “Your dad is nervous. You can’t see me but…” And then it’s time for the big moment.

“I see two sacs, two definitive sacs,” the doctor said, prompting the parents-to-be to gasp. “Oh my god, there they are!” Farago said, showing a close-up of her sonograms. “There they are.”

Farago and Sullivan first announced they were expecting on March 31. “We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you,” the couple wrote, acknowledging Trans Day of Visibility and Easter Sunday. “We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win. I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there’s so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling! AHH IM PREGNANT!”

Alongside the announcement, the couple included polaroids from their childhood, their journey to parenthood and a positive pregnancy test. Sullivan is already a parent to 15-year-old Arlo, while this will be Farago’s first child.

The couple has been open about sharing the ups and downs of their IVF journey and has addressed many of the questions around growing their family as an LGBTQ+ couple. “I think that one of the biggest misconceptions is that we can’t do what they can do, but we can do everything everyone else can do,” Sullivan said in a red carpet interview with People. “We can have a family, we just do it with a little more fun, you know? A little more pizazz.”
