Jessie James Decker and Eric Decker are having another boy!
Appearing on an episode of Today on November 22, the country-pop singer confirmed to host Jenna Bush Hager that the recent rumors are true—a baby boy is on the way! Rumors first began to swirl late last week when Decker posted an Instagram carousel alongside her sister, Sydney Rae Bass, and her sister-in-law, Ali James.
In the photos Bass and James each held their sons, who wore matching onesies, while Decker held up the same coordinated outfit over her baby bump, leading many of to speculate another son was in the cards for the Deckers.

Earlier this month Decker caught up with People during the launch of her latest cookbook Just Eat to spill even more details around what she’s called her “easiest pregnancy so far.”
“I always laugh and say like Vivi tried to kill me in the beginning. It was the roughest pregnancy I’ve ever experienced in my life,” she joked of her first child. “My middle child [Eric “Bubby” Thomas II, 8] was fairly easy. Forrest [her youngest] was also pretty rough on me, which is really funny because I would say Vivianne and Forrest are probably the most alike. But this one’s been fairly easy.”
Decker continued on to say that baby number number four was a huge surprise for her and her husband Eric Decker. “Eric didn’t believe me at first. He thought that I was playing a joke on him,” she told People. “He thought that I had my sister, who was pregnant at the time, pee on a stick. It was hilarious. Once everyone realized, ‘This is not a joke,’ everyone was super excited. And we still are.”
“Every single day feels like Christmas. We just can’t believe this is happening,” the Kittenish founder said. “We’re such a tight little wolf pack. It’s so exciting to bring another baby into our family.” Decker says that her family is excited for “all for different reasons.”
“I think Vivi is excited just because she’s the oldest and she really knows and understands what’s going on. She will be 10 in March, right after the baby is born. So she’s completely aware and she’s taking it even more seriously. She’s got a very big role.”
Jessie admits that couple has already decided on a name although they aren’t sure if or when they’ll share those details.
“We chose the name as soon as we knew the gender. We’re always kind of prepared. I knew all my babies’ names before they were born. It just comes to me instantly and we all are obsessed with the name,” she shares. “And we do have a nursery idea. We haven’t gotten started yet, but we know what we’re going to do. We know the plan, so things are rolling in motion.”
Decker first announced the big news with a subtle video on August 22 on Instagram. “Good Morning,” the Kittenish founder simply captioned the clip of her walking out on a balcony with her new bump in full view. As the bestselling cookbook author takes in the sunrise with a cup of coffee, Mariah Carey’s Always Be My Baby plays in the background.
Fans thrown off by Decker’s unacknowledged bump debut expressed their shock and congratulations in the comments. “Okayyyy not me scrolling through all her posts to see if I missed an announcement,” wrote one user. “Omg!! Congratulations again! I’d be pregnant too with a husband like yours,” another commenter joked.
The I Still Love You singer and the former NFL star already share three children, including Forrest Bradley, 5, and Eric “Bubby” Jr., 8, and Vivianne Rose, 9. The Deckers opened up about whether or not they would add more kids to their family last fall.
"Honestly, we’re not trying to have a kid —we’re also not, not trying to have one,” James Decker told People. “We’re not planning on it, so we’re just letting lives happen. And if it happens, it’s a blessing. If it doesn’t, it wasn’t meant to be, but we’re not doing anything to not make it happen.”
Congratulations to the soon-to-be family of six!
